I wanted to take a moment and write a letter of recommendation for Linda Morris.  Since September 2009, Linda has been my realtor selling my house.  Today, our goal was met and my house successfully sold.

 

Beginning in September, Linda came to my home and did a review.  She sized up what my house was missing and was able to stage my home in a manner that made me almost 2^nd guess selling it.  Her keen eye for detail, and her creative decorating skills completely blew me (as well as my friends) away.  Not only did she use what articles I had, she even brought in a bed for a 2^nd bedroom.

 

Linda has amazing insight in what the market is doing.  Not only is she able to successfully analyze the current market status, she shares all knowledge with you so that you are constantly informed of what to expect. 

 

Linda’s talents are numerous, but one of her best assets is her uplifting personality.  In my case of selling my home, we face so many twists and turns with an unpredictable buyer.  Linda never blinked.  She rolled up her sleeves and pulled double duty.  Honestly, the buyer’s realtor did not participate.  I couldn’t imagine dealing with such a stressful selling with anyone other then Linda.

 

Times are extremely difficult now, and you need to feel as though you are working with someone you can trust.  Linda Morris is that person.  I have recommended her to several of my friends if they ever decide to buy or sell.  At this time, I am unable to buy, but when I am ready, I know who I will be contacting.

 

Thank you Linda for holding my hand during one of the most difficult trials in my life.  With the selling of my house all over the place, you never gave up and you showed nothing buy strength and integrity.

Dear Linda:

 

            Thank you for all of your hard work, dedication and patience when it came time for us to find and purchase our home last year. It was so comforting knowing we had you on our side during that time. We also enjoyed spending so much time with you each night as we visited home after home, until we found the one that was right for our family, and we did see a lot, didn’t we. It is so important to have a real estate agent who knows your needs and can anticipate what kind of home to show their clients. It was a pleasure getting to know you. We had so much fun each evening going out to look at homes with you. You were knowledgeable and answered all our questions, again showing how patient you are and understanding. 

 

            After deciding on which home was right for us, you guided us through the rest of the process and made it a smooth transition. Then we celebrated when you took my parents out for a celebration dinner. How special was that.

 

            We were happy to have met you and now to call you our friend. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. We know you will succeed in all you do because you are have a wonderful personality and are great with people. Thanks for all your hard work and determination to find us the right home, and for your friendship.
